Repair
First, the brick veneer and concrete flatwork is removed, then
the steel support beams are installed.
The house is then raised back up to level and held in place.
Next the footings and foundation are removed and replaced. The house is then secured to
the new foundation.
The steel is removed, the concrete drive, garage and porch are
poured. The brick veneer finishes the exterior walls.
